Privacy information

What this site does

Your instructor scans or photographs the drawings you hand in and uses this site to help evaluate them against the assignment reference and rubric. Every grade is reviewed by your instructor before it counts. Students never upload drawings here.

Where your information is kept

This site runs on your instructor's own computer. The class list, drawings and results are stored there, not with a cloud provider, and the connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS).

Identity check

To view your results you enter your student number and the personal access code your instructor gave you. If your instructor also asks for a photo of your school ID, text-recognition software reads it only to compare your name and number with the class list. The photo is processed in memory and discarded immediately: never saved, never logged, never used for face recognition. A short record that a verification attempt happened (success or failure) is kept for security, without the image or its text.

What is stored

Automated assistance

The drawing images (not your name or student number) are analysed with image-processing tools and an AI assistant (Claude Code). The AI only proposes findings; uncertain findings are never counted against you, and your instructor decides the final grade.

Retention

Drawing images and results are kept for the period your instructor sets, then deleted automatically; older backup copies roll over within about two weeks. Ask your instructor if you want to know the current periods or have a record corrected.

Who can see your results

Only you (after verification) and your instructor. Other students cannot see your results.
